REFRAN, iconometric model, is a system that allows to perform quick surveys by photos, and to process them by standard informatic tools, without any measurement.
The object is photographed by a special camera REFRAN endowed by an electronic distance-measuring equipment and the photo is stored in a CD.
By REFRAN special software, the image is automatically rectified and scaled.
On the workstation, using REFRAN software tool, the user can process the image (surface and lenghts calculations, hatchs, etc.)
