Title: Analisys of user technical requirements

Initial state of work, preconditions for starting, & objectives:

Before starting this activity it is necessary to define the methodologies and the standards which will be used in all different phases of the project.

The main goal of this WP is to perform a feasibility study containing functional requirements specifications and general system design.

Responsible for WP: WEKA

Tasks:

6.1 User interviews: in this task the interviews performed in WP2 will be completed through the collection of technical information concerning the users technologies (i.e. hardware and software systems, etc.) and the possible inquiries that some special categories of people would do.

At the end of month 9, A&C 2000 will provide the interview forms and at the end of month 10, the other partners of BISNET will supply the results of interviews regarding these Countries.

This task is necessary to understand the real expectation of users and design the system in conformity with the requirements.

6.2 Analisys of interviews' data in order to perform the general design.

6.3 Design: general design containing the main functions and the technologies which will be used in BISNET" system (i.e. Internet, Windows, UNIX, etc.)

6.2 and 6.3 will be done by A&C 2000 in the months 11 and 12. A&C 2000 will supply the other partners documents concerning analisys and design and at the end of months 12 there will be a two days meeting of all partners in order to discuss, decide and approve the general design.
