Initial state of work, preconditions for starting, & objectives:
For the development of a good product (on - line BISNET) adapted to the needs of the market, it is a basic precondition to know the market and its potential possibilities. Within the promoted BISNET project, always the countries Italy, Germany, Austria and France are analyzed. The following target groups are included:
Engineers, Architects, Surveyors, Building companies, System installation companies, Manufacturers, Public and private bodies.
Analysis of the target groups according to size, task areas, equipment.
Demand and benefit analysis for a on - line product.
Product price analysis.
The systematic analysis is the basis:
- to know the demands and needs of the client
- to know the market potentials for this products and to work out an economic forecast
(reduction of the marketing - risk)
- to elaborate the marketing strategy

Tasks:
2.1 Preparation of the questionnaries
Determination of the contents and questions, selection of the target groups to be questioned, determination of the information searching method (questionnaire, telephone, interviews, Internet)
Preparation of the enquiry calls measures
2.2 Performance of the interviews by the correspondent partners in the countries to be analyzed
2.3 Evaluation of the questionnaires
Evalutation of the different countries, comparison of the different results
2.4 Proposals for the concept and the contents of the on - line database
2.5 Selection of the test clients for the protype phase
Deliverables:
1. Standard questionnaire for all the countries
2. Performance interviews
3. Evaluation and result report
