Title: Bisnet Prototype integration - test and tuning

Initial state of work, preconditions for starting, & objectives:
In this WP the prototype will be verified by users of the considered Countries (Italy, Germany, Austria and France) and the software will be possibly rectified in order to correspond to user requirements.
Technical test and test of the contents by future users. The users were selected already within the market analysis.
By using a standardized questionnaire the quality and the user orientation is tested.
Why:
- to secure and control the product quality
- to better coordinate the contents and the surface operations with the needs of the clients
- control the possibility of localization of the items
Responsible for WP : A&C 2000 - WEKA
Tasks:
12.1 Testing of prototype: this activity will be done by all partners using own equipment connected to central server where building information will be loaded into a database. Users will inform A&C 2000 about errors or non corespondances of software to real requirements.
12.2 Troubles analisys: all troubles will be gathered and examined by A&C 2000 to evaluate the activities necessary to implement the system; there will be a meeting with all partners in order to discuss and decide the modifications to apply to the system.
12.3 Software implementation: A&C 2000 will modify the software and will release a new versioni of the prototype.
12.4 Elaboration and sending of the questionnaire to the test clients.
Determination of the contents and questions (closed and open), distribution to the test clients through the different partners in correspondent countries.
12.5 Provision of a telephone hot line for the different data bases suppliers within a test period of about 'weeks
12.6 Collection and evaluation of the questionnaries and/or inquiry calls
Evaluation in the different countries, comparison of the different results
12.7 Report about the updated state of the product and possible proposals of improvement
Divulging to the correspondent databases suppliers or to the software supporters
Planning of service evolution towards the commercial phase.
